Our Plancha is better then a Griddle.It is used to cook foods using intense heat which allows for a greater sear on your meats and veggies.
24" X 24" with a 1" lip all the way around and two side handles | Constructed of 1/4" plate | | Weight 55 lbs
Our Plancha was designed at the request of our customers who bought our Chapa's. They wanted a Chapa without legs.
So we took off the legs and changed the direction of the handles and created the Plancha.
