This is a wood-fired commercial Argentine Grill modeled after Etxebarri and Elkano in Spain. This wood-fired Argentine grill has a height-adjustable grate, no ratchet locks, and no cables. Additionally, the space above the grill is a good place for hanging meats, poultry, fruits, and vegetables. The whole structure is preassembled and brick-lined.
These fully assembled grills are constructed of 3/8" steel, 9X4.5X2.5 firebricks, and your choice of 3/8" steel sides, or brick sides. Yes, we ship the grills with the bricks installed.
