These Commercial Wood Fired Argentine Architectural Grills are designed to be used on a Fire Table. Burn your firewood in the back using the Rear Brasero thus placing the heat in the back and saving your chefs from excessive heat. Use one of our T Rakes or L Rakes to move the burning embers under the grilling surface. The front facing wheels allow you to adjust the grate up and down so that you can control the amount of heat on your meat and veggies. Our Custom made BBQ Grills can be made to meet NSF approval. The treasures of meat cooked over crackling embers leaves a flavorful quality like nothing else. All Commercial Custom Made Grills are required to have it's own Hood Ventilating System of it's own that's entirely separate from any gas or electric appliance that needs a hood vent.
