What is a Uruguayan Grill | Parrilla? A Uruguayan Grill, or Parrilla, is a cooking marvel. It includes a Brasero for burning wood to hot coals. The embers descend below the Brasero, allowing you to push them beneath the grill grate. The adjustable grill angle provides multiple grilling temperatures, making it perfect for various cooking techniques. For example, you can place vegetables on the higher end of the grill grate and meat on the lower end, resulting in deliciously grilled vegetables. The cooking surface can lay flat or be adjusted at an angle to create diverse cooking zones.
